Milton E. (Mick) Neshek, graduated from the University of Wisconsin (B.S., 1952) and UW Law School (J.D., 1955). He retired from the law firm of Godfrey, Neshek, Worth, Leibsle & Conover, S.C., in 1997. He has a long-standing relationship with the Kikkoman Corporation and its operation in Walworth County, Wisconsin – serving as assistant secretary, member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel for Kikkoman Foods, Inc., since 1973. He has served as chairman and general manager of Shanghai Kikkoman Trading Co. Ltd., a wholly foreign owned enterprise located in Shanghai, China, since 1995. In Wisconsin, he has served on the State University Board of Regents, 1965-71 (as vice president, 1969- 71); on the Board of Regents, University of Wisconsin System, 1971-78, (as vice president, 1975-76); on the Board of Directors, Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce (WMC), 1983-95; and on the Board of Directors, Wisconsin Power & Light Co. (now Alliant Energy Corporation) and WPL Holdings, Inc., 1984- 2001.
