Ulice Payne. Jr.

Ulice Payne Jr. is the managing member of Addison-Clifton, LLC, an advisor regarding global trade compliance solutions. He previously served as the managing partner of the headquarter office of the Foley & Lardner LLP law firm and also served as chair of the International Business Team. Payne received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Marquette University in 1978 and his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School in 1982. He studied in the Masters of Law program at the University of London (1986-88). Payne received an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Marian College of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin in 2004. Payne is a member and past chair of the U.S. Department of Commerce-Wisconsin District Export Council. Payne currently serves on the Board of Directors of Manpower Group (NYSE), Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Wisconsin Energy Corporation (NYSE) and Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (past chair) and has served on various boards previously.
