Student Group Teams with Global Health Initiative to Raise Awareness

UW-Madison launched the Global Health Initiative (GHI) in 2009 to help tackle complex global health challenges by stimulating collaboration across disciplines. This semester GHI  introduced the Incubator Series, an 8-session series focused on the U.N. Millennium Development Goals and featuring some of UW-Madison’s best minds as speakers.

In tandem with the Incubator Series, the ISS – Millennium Development Goals Awareness Project (MDGAP) will lead a series of interactive, student-focused discussions on the Millennium Development Goals designed to raise awareness and consider the student role in volunteerism and multidisciplinary research.
