Please join the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies and the Global Health Initiative for the Gaylord Nelson Lecture Series event, “Environmental Sustainability: Foundational Links to Human Health and Well-Being” with Dr. Howard Frumkin, former director for the National Center for Environmental Health. The lecture is Thursday, March 4 at 7 p.m. in the Ebling Symposium Center, 1220 Microbial Sciences Building, located at 1550 Linden Drive.

After serving four and a half years as director of the National Center for Environmental Health and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, Howard Frumkin is now a special assistant to the director for climate change and health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
