This fall, International Academic Programs (IAP) announces its first annual Study Abroad Open House series. Throughout the semester, the Study Abroad Resource Center in 250 Bascom Hall will play host to numerous drop-in events in which students can learn more about study abroad opportunities at UW.
Students who attend will also meet with returned study abroad students, study abroad advisors, and financial advisors to get their questions answered. Also, students will receive information about how their classes will transfer, financial aid information, and housing details, and travel information about the country or region of interest.
Plus, free food will be provided at each Study Abroad Open House! Bonus.
For further information about the open house series or about study abroad in general, stop by the Study Abroad Resource Center open from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. each day. Students can also call the Resource Center at 265-6329, visit the Web site to chat with a peer advisor online, or connect with IAP on Facebook and Twitter.
